AM I ELIGIBLE FOR THE SERVICE?
You will be eligible if you are frail aged or have a disability which limits your ability to prepare meals or care for someone who is frail aged or has a disability.
You are welcome to use our service on a short or long term basis.

WHAT IS AVAILABLE ?
Meals are usually delivered monday, wednesday & friday (excluding public holidays). Extra meals to cover you on tuesday, thursday, weekends & public holidays can also be provided.
Meals can consist of soup, main meal, dessert and juice whilst some services also can provide salads & snack packs.

SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS ?
Speak with the Coordinator regarding any specialist dietary requirements. We can cater for people with :- diabetes, gluten intolerance's, chewing or swallowing difficulties & many other dietary needs.

SUPPORT SERVICES
All clients are assessed to ensure you have all the support services you require such as Home Care or Community Transport.

HOW TO APPLY
The Community Care Access Centre will assess your eligibility over the phone. The Branch Coordinator will talk to you about the service & assess your food needs.

Volunteers are needed for morning deliveries mostly on Monday, Wednesday & Friday, please call your local branch.
